Looking For a php/html help on big project.

I am a fairly good web designer and php programmer, and have been working on a huge web frontend that complies with the trinitycore sql structure for interaction with the realm from the web browser.
I have been writing modules for this site I've been working on, and so far they have all been awesome. I am writing a help ticket system and donor reward system and voter reward system and many more systems and things like that that might come in handy.
I don't want to say a whole lot about the project, but I've been working on it for more than a year, and its clear that I am going to need some help to get it finished for final release.
