    Help!! my Guild masters in all cities don't work

    Every guild master in every city isn't working.'

    i click on them and they either don't do anything or they just sell me the tabard maker. they won't give me the guild charter creation list at all. i'm really stumped on this so please help me! any posts excepted

    I am using arcemu ascent and editing it with hiedisql. the repack i'm using is AC web ultimate repack for 3.3.2
