    What is actually required to use a repack?

    For example:

    I currently have WoW updated to 3.3.2, and that is all.

    What other programs would i require in order to use the repack i linked to?

    .Net Framework 3.5 is the only other required program to using the repack you linked.

    If you wish to edit your repacks database you will need a database program such as SqlYog, Navicat or HeidiSQL.
