Makeing .go spawn stick?

Ok im trying to create a lil fun area and i use .go to spawn game objects but when i reset my server there gone how do i make them NOT go away? (trying to make an obstical corse)

.go spawn ID 1
You must put a 1 after the ID to save it
e.g .go spawn 664 1
