Breaking news for Ruru client

Does anybody know how to make it work for Ruru client?? I've found ????????? ??????? World of Warcraft page, type it in hosts file . I've created folder alert/index.php but mothing changed, please help!:wave:

so i want you to help me to change breaking news )))I've found a topic how to do it, but it works only for Enus client, unfortunately the most audience using Ruru client. How to make breaking news work for this client???

Make a custom launcher, use a web browser extension, save that page yourself, edit the news, profit?

Oh you want to change the launcher page? Edit in your hosts file

and then you need to copy their launcher html page to a http server(on http://127.0.0.1/ru/) and you can change what you want on the website for it to show up on WoW's launcher

You can't actually change the official WoW news. You can do what I said or create your own launcher and give it to people

The first hosts line is a recipe for disaster. Don't add it.
