mangos realm loop again

i tried a bunch of different things but nothing works.

how do i add in my files to show everyone without having to have a GIANT post, Keiv said something about [code] tags but i dont know how to do that, also what files should my friend have on their computer other than the realmlist as MY IP

does anyone know how to fix realm loop, or better yet, i just reset everything in my files to be fresh, so if someone could just tell me how to connect i would really appreciate it, all the tutorials ive found thus far werent really helpful
