Need help with wishing stone!!

I and a friend we r doing our own server and we are doing a wishing(i am not a lua scripter) he's doing it in lua but he doesn't know how to add to it Cross faction heals, Advance all skills, Open all flight paths and iluminate all maps.
Can someone tell me how to do it?
