mysql problem

I used stealth gaming repack 3.3a and whenever i tryed make a website registration getting old mysql 4,1 cannot connect + old autenctication etc and now i downloaded a new mysql instance manager 5,1 i got same name and pass dumped the old mysql database in a map and putted on the new mysql and worked fine

but now i get this error on website

and now when i try open realm.exe and mangos.exe they both close :S how can i make them run on the new mysql
