help with the basics i guess :(

hey everyone, iam new here and to the whole server creation thing though i have been playing wow for ages. Ive tried a couple of guides on how to create a server and though it didnt work well for me at first but i managed to get a repack working for me. Since this is my first shot at something like this iam hoping you guys can help me with it a little bit.

I downloaded a repack called Heroes of Northrend i think and followed a video tutorial to make a server using Arcemu. What i want to know is how do i change the realm name, rates etc? is it possible? and how do i link it to a registration webpage or something

with heroes of northrend repack there should be a command prompt called apache and with the repack it should be linked too your database so if you want to register people on it run mysql first then apache then open the internet and type in the bar localhost and you should have your website, i use heroes of northrend and its a very good repack for beginners, im quite new too but ive been making servers for like 1 1/2 years. too change the realm name go into your arcemu folder then configs then open realms mine is like this

change the highlighted bit too what ever you want your realm name too be and save! easy as that! (do not copy this one though otherwise your server might not know what you have done too it and might not work)

too change your rates goto your configs then open world and search (<rates health) without the () and you'll see the health rates and also the other rates you can change them too whatever you want, there are also more things in the optional.conf file open that mine is like :

change them too whatever you want and wallah you have it once you done your editing you just run mysql arcemu logon and arcemu world and the changes have been made (all of this is ARCEMU)

thanks, finally changed the name, there are a couple other thing iam hoping someone could help me with

1) The rates, can the numbers be explained pls, iam sure the higher they go the higher the rates but whats the limit etc? how much does a normal fun server keep?

2) Theres a mall in dran that i would like to get rid of and the NPC that teleports you, id rather have potals instead, do i have to delete those NPC 1 by 1?

3)what if i have a friend over, and want to add him in my server, how do we setup on LAN so he can join, hamachi? how does he make an account ?

sorry if the questions seem noobish iam just trying to wrap my head around these thing

np and the rates for funserver can be any limit you want it too be like killexp and questexp rates default blizzlike is 1 and funserver you can have any. I have instant 80 on my funserver since it's supposed too be like fun server/ pvp server and all but im sorry about (2: and (3: im not a very good portforwarder i can give you a link too a guide for that:-
