cant talk to each others

Hello im using.

And it seems that ingame, no one can talk to each others?

Not whisper not /say nothing.

It just comes upp i text that says

"name" whants to talk to you. etc.

What is this?

Its either a error with the repack, which would have been reported already, or something is wrong with how its been set up, did you change anything that you shouldn't have?
