Public non hamachi wont connect now need help

So I set up a mangos server at my other house and port forwarded it over there and what not and it was working. But I went to a different house and add all the ports here [GUIDE] The Ports for your Non-Hamachi Host [TCP+UDP Enabled and Small Guide!] - RaGEZONE - MMORPG server development forums on my D-Link router and changed the ip for the host at no-ip.com and it still says cant connect.

Any help would be appreciated.

You only need to config it at the location the server is hosted, and that it is forwarded to your LOCAL IP not to your friends or what ever. If not, then there might be something with your router, as some dont work sometimes.
