help connection to the db

i got a problem connecting to my firends server DB , i just cant connect , it appears an error that says ,SQL error: Host (name here) is not allowed to connect to this MySQL server. why its this n how can i fix it ?

You're not on his/hers allowedIps list to modify the server.

You need to ask him/her to create a user that allows your specific ip, or create a user that allows all of your team to edit the database.

but how he add me on his allowed ips ??

You give him your IP, then he creates a user. Its not that hard, tell him to use a program like navicat to create accounts. If you dont understand that... then... justfgoogleit.
