Can't get to The Emerald Dream! =/

Allright, i was looking in some of the Ascent Guides for the new server i got up runing yesterday, and one guy Recommend The Emerald Dream for the place to start making a custom city.

i tryed to get there with Portname commands when that dindt work i tryed with

Emerald Forest:
.worldport 169 2694.123291 -3331.268555 95.501564

Emerald Forest Sphere:
.worldport 169 3032.580322 -3061.318115 92.352104

that dindt work. iam just wondering is there any of you have a idea how i get there ? and same goes for the programmer island.

iam using; Heroes of Northrend v3 Repacked.

Well "Programmer Island" was removed from the game at Patch 3.1
So you can't get there anymore, ever.

Emerald Dream is still reachable tho.
You can try use .cheat triggerpass and .gm on before you try recall to that place, as it is treated like an instance.

Else you will have to go modify the Database, and tell Emerald Dream that it's not an instance.

I can go there, with the exact same repack and nothing is edited in my database, nor do I have the triggerpass cheat on or the GM tag. So dunno what's wrong with you :O

Programmer's / Designer's island was removed long before 3.1
Right around 2.0 actually.

No, it was still in the actual game.
But you had to use a custom patch to get there...

After 3.0.9 thats not possible anymore.

1. Open "Heidisql"

2. Go to "World"

3. Go to "Worldmap_info"

4. Go to "Data"

5. Find "Emerald Dream" and replace the number of "Type" to "2"

It worked with my private server ;-)

Take a look at my release on page 2 of Emu Releases. Don't bump it though.

Try This :-)

You need to upload your picture to a hosting site. Such as Photobucket.com. Then use [img] on the links.
Also use the edit feature please.
