how to connect to a mysql server through hamachi

how to i make it so someone can connect to my mysql server so they can edit the databases when they are connected to my hamachi?

In SQLyog:

On the top go to tools
- User manager
- Create new user

Ok, fill in the details and stuff, then change the host from % (all ip's) to there hamachi ip. I don't know why but if the host is not there hamachi ip then it will not work.
In navicat it's almost the same apart from the button is somewhere else (I don't actually have navicat since I don't like it as much.)
