Make a repack?

I was looking at 2 guides I found in the ascent guides section about how to compile and make your own repack, I figured they were both pretty much the same so I went with CimSlunts one (Sorry if i spelt the name wrong) and erm pretty much followed it well to the section where I need to compile stuff, I moved all lib files in the appropriate folders and It still wasnt working then found out on arcemu.info theres one more lib file I have to make myself which i did and moved that then I went back to the original thing that I need to compile to make the repack.

It keeps saying like 0 installed and 4 updated and 0 skipped, but I'm not getting the 15 I need any idea how the people who make these guides get to this?
I use WoW 3.2.2a, Windows vista home premium 32 bit and er... Visual c++ 2008 thingy.

Any idea? Would very much like to make my own repack than leech one off someone else so then I could do it up myself Also even though manGOS looks like 600x easier I dont really want to use it as I have used arcemu repacks before so I kind of know how to use it.
