[noob] Mangos crashing after 4 secs.

Just ran the easy 3.2.2a setup.
I can login from my other PC but no char loading due to crash.
Here is the log:

Just to add more detail:
I installed the Mangos pack on my server (Win2k3 R2, private IP 192.168.1.10) and I'm attempting to play from my PC (Win XP Pro x64, private IP 192.168.1.2) - yes I changed my realmlist to 192.168.1.10 and it can find it.

First off, Are both the PC's on the same network? Thats required if you want to play with 2 PC's via LAN.

Also looks to me like you way have either a wrong patch core like maybe the core is for 3.0.3 and your using 3.2.2a but I think its more likely you've got a different DB version? I dont know if its same for manGOS... But I think the MOST up to date database is whyDB

TL;DR version

Muddled up core versions or muddled up database versions.

P.s. if your using them 3 manGOS flavours like the super simple thing I couldnt get that to work.
