need website help

i am using the heroes of northrend repack and i need to know how to set up a website for it
as far as i know i have to start apache and then type in a address in firefox and i dont know what that address is and i get this error:

(OS 1004only one usage of each socket address (protocol/network address/port)is normall permitted. :make_sock: could not bind address 0.0.0.0:80 no listening sockets available, shutting down
unable to open logs

You start apache, and then put localhost in your browser. 127.0.0.1 works too.

The reason your getting that error is cause another software is using the port 80.

If you have skype opened then exit it.

its not skype i just closed that
is there anyway to change the port?
