looking for a repack

i am looking for a repack that has a min level of 500 and weaponskills to scale with it
its a very simple thing to or atleast im told but i cant figure out how to compile
so if you could link me one like this or make one for me i would greatly appreciate it and i will be putting this server on hamachi so if you want i will let you play on it with gm powers and such like that
and of course for any help i will +Rep and for a link to a repack i will +Rep

Maximum level is 255, after that everything gets F*cked up.

well then a max level of 255 is fine i just wanna have it higher then 200
