Two of same instances

Is it possible two have 2 of the same instances ? An example: I have on Onyxia Lair with the original mobs and want to make one with costum mobs in.

Uhh...you can't do that I believe. How would you choose which instance to enter?
Modified or normal that is.

You could on player enter instance have a npc that checks for players, then if the player is above level 60 then spawn all the custom stuff else spawn the low level stuff. You could do this with a gossip also.
