Getting the website to work.

I downloaded both wamp and the blizz-like website from the "Releases" section of this forum. I followed the guide for installing the website, which was to delete everything in the 'www directory' in wamp and put the website in there. So I did, but I don't know what the website address is or how to connect it to my databases.

I use the Heroes of Northrend arcemu repack. Basically I guess I just need to link up the databases to the website and find out how to access the website on the internet.

if you set up wamp correctly, then the website name will be your server's realmlist, you also need to add in your mysql username, password, and databases in eather config.php or index.php so that the website will setup accounts correctly

You can set up a hostname(for free) that points to your IP so people can find your website and server.

After making your hostname and having it point to your Ip and activating it(does this on the site for you) you can type this into your address bar and find whats in your wamp folder.
after getting into the wamp folder, open the folder with your website. It should auto start the website. Then just use this address to point to your website in the future.
