Talent Reset help! Plz

I was looking around, and used search and have not found anything to help me with this. If you know what could help me, or know a thread plz post!

Anyways, my trainers skip to the spell teaching page, and doesn't allow talent resets. I was thinking of making a custom item, but im a major nub on how to.
