Arcemu; Make an NPC friendly?

I have been using Arc-emu to make a server, and am editing the Shatterspear Troll Tribe (Hidden dancing Troll tribe). Unfortunately, the trolls are not there... so I am making my own. They don't have to have their own faction or anything, I just want them there.
Now, I can think about lots of Troll NPCs, but they are all hostile to the Alliance and Horde. Is there any way to make them spawn in friendly? Hopefully a command... :crap:
P.S. I couldn't find a command like .npc setstanding (editing an npc's faction), but I know that faction 35 is generally friendly. And if I posted in the wrong place, please move this to the right place...

Go into creature_proto and change the faction to 35.

You can also edit the faction ingame if you not to db friendly. Didnt Gastric change his name?

Hmmm... How do I edit creature_proto, and to make it easier, how do I change npc factions in game? I found three creature_proto files, and opened them with notepad (as you usually do with word-editable files), but it showed a bunch of jibberish. The location for the creature_proto s I found was "AC Web Ultimate Repack\Server\mysql\data\world"
