Edit Repack's Core Files

How do u edit a recpacks core files,if u can please put a guide on how to do and i will +Rep who does

You cannot edit a repacks core files, if your having a problem with your repack, contact the person who made it

yeah, repacks are compiled versions of a core and then the main files are copied into another folder = repack inc.

if you want to experiment with changing core files and etc then you need an emulator. an exmaple of one is arcemu (ArcEmu). there are many many guides in the guides section on how to set this emulator up and i find it will eb the easiest to learn from with most of the tools been based on around arcemu. (formally known as ascent but thats another long story).
