I don't know how to answer the rest but, I use ArcEmu and Navicat

I am new and need help. I would like to know how to remove items from the DB after I added them.

I am still stuck on these GM commands and how they work... I can get .kill to work haha.

Letting other users on the server and having them spawn in a precreated area (I am unfamiliar with both)

Adding my own NPC, I think I got how to make them, just not spawn them...haha.

I know this is alot but links to guides can also supplement, since the one I used to make the Private server was great.

Ok I got GM commands down, scratch that off the list.

I still don't know how to remove things from the Data Base.
Account creation, preselected spawn areas.

I know how to add NPC and Spawn them, positioning will be tough, but I can do that. Scratch off the list.

Delete accounts by running this SQL query:
DELETE * FROM items WHERE entry = 'IDHERE';

You can also browse to that row and click the minus button after you have selected the row.

To have people spawn things you could make a C++ item, or just give all players a command to spawn an item. Although I would not suggest doing this.

Spawn your NPC with .npc spawn IDHERE 1. The "1" is needed if you want the spawn to be permanent and not deleted when the server is restarted.

You can make an account by going to the "accounts" table and fill out the fields (The column names are pretty explainable).

Now all that would be left is getting the website public.
I have it running fine locally I have hamachi and xampp but don't know how to launch the website to public.
Also the Phpbb 3 install isn't straightforward

How/where do I find flags and edit to set account capabilities (admin/gm/user)

You edit them in the accounts table. The "gm" column. Set to "az" for admin, gm is usually "a". And there are plenty of guides on that, just use the search function. Good luck

Actually Vindicated, there is no argument needed after the spawnid. It is automatically saved to the db when you spawn it. For GAMEOBJECTS however, the additional argument is needed.
correct syntax:

.npc spawn ID
.go spawn ID 1
