WTB: 3.1.3 Server [ Instant 80, Tier 8.5 Vendor and etc. ]

I have been using a private server for quite some time to design and test out different characters, equip them and basically mess around. However it is becoming more and more difficult to maintain my own server so I would like to find a server that suits my needs or that will let me donate to be a GM and have access to a reliable server that is updated on patches.

It might seem a little confusing but basically I just need to be able to login, create characters, equip them with full tier 8.5/furious gear and whatever rare items I would like... Ashes of Al'ar, Spectral Tigers and etc.

If anyone knows of a server or has a server that is capable of allowing me to do this please let me know.

I am not the type of person who is going to abuse any power, if it is a server that has people leveling or without GM powers and I can donate to have access to the tier 8.5 gear/mounts and etc. on all my characters that isn't a problem, I'm not going to run around killing people with GM commands or show off.

I keep to myself and just need a reliable server so I don't have to keep setting a new one up for myself and trying to maintain it!
