Need help with finding a dedicated server hosting company

I'm currently working on starting my own private server. And I would prefer doing so through a hosting company. However I do not want to spend a great deal of money, and I'dd like to get a pop of around 250 people who'dd be able to play under 150ms at all times.

Can anyone recommend me a company? Preferably in Northern Europe.
If possible I'dd like to spend less then 100 Euros a month...to a max of 125 Euros

I don't really think there are a lot of reliable dedicated server hosts for WoW, because it is already against the blizzard terms to do it, so I doubt a lot of good companies want to get their hands dirty with this stuff.

Well yea my few experiences with server companies so far has been quite negative. Howerver, alot of the bigger and better servers are hosted from server companies...so there has to be a few out there.
