Help Please :) Making it Public

I swear I have followed more than 3 tutorials on this website to the letter for making a server public, but I just can't hack it. I have no idea what I'm doing wrong, but when I use 'canyouseeme.org' to check whether my ports are accessible it says no so I guess its something to do with that.

Can someone, anyone please spend a little bit of time to look and see what the problem might be? I have teamviewer and msn.

i think you need to port forward so you can go public but it all depend on your router and motom
