No Realms

I am running legendary repack 3.1.3, and was attempting to set it up public on vista, so then I ran the arcemu logonserver then arcemu world, and for some reason when I try and log in, I don't see a realm on the list. (Can't pick a preferred location because there isn't one when I try and log on).

This is happening to my friend when he tries to log in too.

EDIT: Resolved.

Timezone was set to tournament, not USA
