Hi! Need help with my reg page!

Hi!!
I has some problem with my reg page for my server it says something like this:

Error: Unable to connect to MySQL server. MySQL reported: mysqlnd cannot connect to MySQL 4.1+ using old authentication.

What should i do? I'm using Wampserver. Very thankful for an answer.
