I'm trying to transform the instance Gnomeregan into an actual town (or GM area). I've been looking through the files, and I can't figure a few things out.

1) Is this even possible?
2) How do I spawn the round Gnome hut things that Leper Gnomes live in outside it?
3) How do I delete all of the mobs inside the instance?
4) How do I make GMs spawn in there if I do make it a GM zone?
5) How do I delete/gate off the instance portal?
6) How do I make that into a file to release to MMOwned

Yes I am a big Gnome fan, they are my favorite race.

Can I make all classes available to a specific race? It would be epic to have an 80 Gnome of every class on my server!

I'm running Trinity Core, but I can change if needed. I don't like the Databases with Trinity anyways >.>
I don't know anything about my server including the Database name, rev., or Core Rev. I can change to any core/database if needed. It was a really undescriptive repack.
