Unable to resurecct on my shard

I have a slite problem, last night i started a char on a non gm account and when i died, i ran back to my body and was given the rez box, but everytime i would click on it, nothing would happen

So i ran to the spirit healer to try there, and she said she would do it for a fee but never gave me the option...

What could i be missing to cause this, i have a folder called maps, with maps in it, i also have the vmaps folder...
