Server Start Error

WHen I start my logon and world I get this error.

The key combination <Ctrl-C> will safely shut down the server at any time.

Please help me, I have no idea what to do.

Seems mysql is not running. I may also be something firewall related, try disabling the windows firewall

if the server is being hosted publicly make sure you have your ports forwarded.
