How to change level cap on aspire

I'm using johved's 3.1.x repack and i don't understand how to change the level cap.

Please someone help, i no there are probably alo of other threads with this in them but as far as i've seen there are barely any aspire users, or maybe im just bad with repacks and there's another similar thing to aspire.

Please don't flame im obviously a noob.

You need to modify the core(that means you need to compile after modifying) to change the level cap. There was a guide on how on the AspireDev forums but it´s down at the moment

Also I heard that you can also add few lines in your configs to change the level cap but I´m not sure what lines.

And don´t call yourself a noob(it´s the same as calling yourself a idiot).
