need database

I never seem to have any luck with databases. as it turns out WhyDB seems to have this odd little issue. every item you can think is glitched. a weapon for example bears 0.00 speed 62-00 dammage and 0 dps. the 'item' also has a 'rightclick to read' property to it. and to top it off, every item has a yellow 0 or -1 underneath the stats. needless to say... you cant learn mount spells, weapons constantly miss if you can even equip them and im scared to see what things like meat do for feeding pets. One of the first quests for a lvl 1 NE warrior is a lvl 55 DK quest. does anyone have a link to a real database or did i do something totally wrong when i installed it? Im using Arcemu compiled 2 days ago (and no im not switching) and have tried RivalDB (which wouldnt even load without errors) WhyBD (wich im having issues with) and if anyone suggests NCDB, im gunna smak them .... thanks guys

There are no good databases for ANY Ascent-based emulator. UDB is the best database all around. I'm not asking you to switch to MaNGOS, but you could create a converter tool and just use that if you have any programming skills

there has to be a databse somewhere that works, ive been using arc for 2 years now and never had problems like this

Nope. Actually Arc will be dead very soon (or at least fall off the radar), so database teams have realized this and switch support to other emulators.

Actually jack, RivalDB isn't for Arcemu its for Hearthstone and it doesn't have any loading issues with HS and have redone most their tables. So AspireDev for 3.1 once done go to RivalDB | Home and click community and register then click their svn link on the forums to go to sourceforge. arcemu has a throw together crap of art work for 3.1 and as long as andy is with hasbro there will be no 3.1 on arc because he told him he can't release any 3.1 or else he will repo his emu back.

well i'd hate to say it but im just gunna use an old 3.0.9 vampirism repack that i have stored on my drive. ive already patched down and i just wanna run a extreme pvp realm. speaking of wich this repack has all working BG's including SOTA. I think ill wipe most of the npcs and start from scratch exept for the root quests for classes and instances. the rest will be remade including all custom quests, mobs and so forth. should be done in about 5 years lol. jking. and yes i know, i have and can compile my own many times but seeing as there are still populated servers running 2.4.3, i dont really care anymore about being up to date. its more of a headache in the long run. ill just be one of those eternal 3.0.9 servers. thanks guys

and ya i have heard all the scufflebutt at Arc forums. i first started emulation there. its been going on since day 1
