Weather/Time Change AC Web Ultimate Repack

My server has rain on it constantly, so i deleted the Wether table on the mySQL

Now that the weather folder is gone the skys are always clear, but i want to be able to change the weather at my choosing, is there any way to do so? I have searched the Forums and cant find anything.

Also can i change the time of day? Like from day to night, to evening etc. ?

Go to the weather table and add the weather you like
The first column is the zone id, you can find these of thottbot. Stormwind for example would be 1519

the high_chance is the percent chance for high_type to occur
the med_chance is the percent chance for med_type to occur and so on...

Time of the day changing is possible but it would require and rather big core edit.

Sadly, there is no way of changing the time of the day without making a core edit which is kind of hard.
