auto un-equip items [C++ HELP]

i was just asking if anybody could post a C++ script please that can heck for the following:
guards in major cities check if the player passing infront of them having item 12345, then it auto enequips it.
and anothre one doing same but instead of unequping o inventory to distroy it, any help would be really appreciated
