Quest chains.. how ?

Okay i want to create a quest chain.
So i create a quest using a DB editor like Flexible DB editor and when it comes to the part where the "next quest ID" is i put the next quest ID. ( yes the quest exists ) and then when i try it out the next quest doens't come up..

So i figured that the npc has to be able to start the other quest but when i do that i can start both quests at the same time. Which is not exactly what a quest chain is.


So in short: I can't make a quest chain.. both quests become available.. not one quest and on to another one.

Next quest id and prev quest id just moves quests on with having to talk to the npc again.
You need the required quests bit, go into the quests table manually and have a look.

Hmm..

Quest number1 has the ID of 90001.
Quest number2 has the ID of 90002.

I edit the Requirements of quest nr2 and add a required quest to 90001.
And it didn't work.

Am i doing something wrong ?

I've fixed it.
I'm not sure why it worked but.. yeah.

Make sure (for the first quest) you fill in the details of the field `nextquest` or `nextid` to the next quest. The second quest should also have the first as a required quest.
