Relics, sigils etc..

Hey,

Wow-v has no option to make custom relics / sigils etc. I know you can edit it in the database but this week I'm on a pc without my DB so I'm just creating all the items to put them in my db in over a week. I got everything now, except relics/sigils. Is there any site that dóes allow you to make them?

Type it out on paper.
Make a .txt file and then type what it's suppose to do, and then create it from scrath in the Database when you get home or whatsoever.
