i cant figure out how to add options on item like extra spell damage
ive been tryin to find it out for long time, but cant figure out

and make the items there. You can also add extra options to it. When you import it into your Database you simply just remember what extra things you might have given when you made it, and look for the corresponding value in the Database table.

So let's say you gave your item +959 Spell Power.
Then you put it into your Database and looks for the value 959. Then you basically have found it :b
