3.1.3 Troubles

Hello everyone!

Just saw mangos switched to 3.1.3 and thought it's a good idea to switch to this version.

Although everything is working normal I have experienced a strange issue. All talents reset after relogin. Maybe it's not connected to version changing but it's really annoying Could someone help with this issue or maybe point possible solutions.

Another inconvenience is that DBCUtil is refusing to work normally with new dbc files. It's a real disaster for customizing. I looked through forum and google but didn't find any Editor/DBC-CSV CSV-DBC converter working with 3.1.3 dbcs.
I presume there are people who are experiensed in modding and using new client so can anyone advise me a good DBC Editor where I can not only change values but insert custom stuff like spells in Spell.dbc. Although I rather prefer converter but if there isn't any I'll be happy with editor.

I did a little testing about talents reseting. Figured out that it is connected to Player.cpp talent check. So the first question is partially solved. If I wouldn't find an answer I'll try to outcomment these lines. Also I hate such walkarounds so maybe someone will advise me a smarter way

I'm using 2x rates on talents and it works on previous mangos revs (current mangos rev 799. Maybe it somehow connected to talents changes between 3.0.9 and 3.1.0.
