Authentication problems need assistance plox

Hello First of all thank you for reading this.
the repack i am using is the 3.1.1 aspire server by treston323
I cannot get this repack to authenticate for some reson i don't know weather it is a port issue or my configs but ive reinstalled and redone the conf about 10 times and it still doesnt work the only thing that makes it run is when i set the allowed ips to the ip of the server but then it wont let anyone connect
so here is my issue how do i set up my server to a public ip on my server box without blocking in comming ips

if anyone can help me with this i would cladly +Rep give gm / whatver we can work something out i just need this server public...ty

Router firewall turned off or have an exception set? Same with personal computer firewall, make sure its allowed or an exception is set. Did you forward all the ports as well? Try and see if its one of them, also you may want to look at one of the several guides to getting your server live in the guides section.
