Clear the Creature_names, Creature_proto and items tables.

Execute this:

delete from `creature_names`;
delete from `creature_proto`;
delete from `creature_quest_starter`;
delete from `creature_quest_finisher`;
delete from `creature_waypoints`;
delete from `items`;
delete from `creature_spawns`;

Should get it all.
