Fixing Windfury!

On my 1.12.1 server my windfury is bugged instead of proc'in and doing damage it re casts windfury weapon

i was wondering if there is anyway to edit the spells


i am new to this so any information is helpful

It's not simple... Needs code to fix that.. and as I know It's one of hardests fixes I saw lolz

i will just let it be and hope people dont play enhance shamans (the reason to play pre bc) but its all cool. i appreciate the response
