Looking for 3.1 Server to play around on

Hey all.

I'm looking for someone who has a 3.1 stable server where I can possibly be a GM and fool around with som elevel 60 grand marshal gear.

It doesnt have to be a big one, just something for me to play on. It can be hamachi or anything.

I tried to make my own and it was semi-sucessful but ALOT of stuff was bugged, NPCs in dalaran would randomly attack me and it was just.. bad.
