Very Laggy Server! "Unknown Reason"

Hi i am currently running a Mangos 2.4.3 server on a dedicated machine.. which i do not have sitting next too me but i do have remote access. On the server box i have MySQL, Apache2, Realmd and Mangosd running...

My problem is that i have most of my website on another machine and when that machine is trying to contact my dedicated machine it takes a very very long time or times out... whenever somebody tries too use something on my website that needs too connect too MySQL it also laggs the wow server alot...

Both connections to both machines are running fine and at maximum speed with a latency of less the 40 too each other....

Any help would be much appriciated..

Yes i have setup a MySQL account so that the website machine can connect to the hosting machine.

You should probly host the website and wow server on the same dedi because the problem is that the website has to go through the internet of 1 dedi to get the mysql so the wow server can not used the occupied internet which makes it lag.
