DBC problem?

I'm getting this problem.
First I created my own DBC with some files, then I got that error, tried downloading the DBC from somewhere else if that would help but still same error >_<.

youve got the 3.0.9 dbc, they only support 3.0.8

google 3.0.8 DBC Arcemu
