Item ID searcher (3.0.9 or 3.1.0) + WOTLK Gems

I'm trying to find a program or site that let's you search part of a name for an item and it brings up a list of items with that name and displays the Item ID for easy copy pasta... I'm trying to make a vendor for my ArcEmu server and searching the hundred or so item id's is proving to be a large task.

I did find Antrix ID Searcher but it's quite out dated, so is there an updated version or anything very similar to it?

Another question I have is the new epic gems in WOTLK such as Dazzling Eye of Zul. Is there anyway to get these on a server? Because although my server is incomplete I hoped onto a few top servers and they don't have them on their Databases.
So if they're not in DBs yet is there a way to create custom gems? Thanks.

go to wow-v.com they have a display ID thing there under mob/creature vendor items etc usualy works out well for me. It also shows the Entry ID aswell.

I don't need the display ID's I need the Item ID's... Also since I can't seem to find the new gems in any DB is there a way to create custom gems?

wow-v Shows you the entry ID which is the item ID and wow-v may create gems not sure
