No instances working!

Okay guys, I followed one of the Arcemu guides on here and everything works great... except instances...
Not one instance works including Emerald Dream.
I thought that it might be a repack prob so I try a diff guide with a diff repack and it has the same problem!
Can somebody please help me with this, It would be much appreciative.
P.S, The first repack was Johveds

turn GM on and go into the instance... ( .gm on .recall port INSTANCE)

Thats what I was doing...
Also, no text or anything shows in my chat window, but It does for other people on the server.

Same proplem here. I have gm on and off and when i go in its says "Instance currently Unvaible. Try again later".
