    Title giver - npc request

    Hi guys ! Im looking for some friendly person with nice knowledge and some free time xD , so..
    I've checked the forums ,and didn't find anything like that i want.
    My idea is for some npc,that can give Titles like 'bloodsail admiral' (there are many more) and requests Honor or Kills or Nothing xD
    Im not skilled enough to do it myself,so im asking 4 your help xD
    If some1 like it,reply me ^^|
