ArcEmu core Errors?

Ok so well I have been working around with repacks and so far every repack I have used so far has had the error with items and spells. All items are formatted like so,

And spells are returning:

So I searched and found a thread with a link to a 'working' database.
I uploaded it and set the configs to it and got the same thing. Any advice would help , Thank you.

That doesn't happen for me, be sure to clear your cache, Also, find a guide to compile your own server, feel free to add me on MSN if you need help

Ok that is 2 different shots with two different clients.
Both have cached cleared.
I will try that next as far as compiling my own. Been really busy lately. Thanks man
